My Practice

I handle a broad range of legal matters for individuals throughout the Roanoke area, including matters involving:

• Traffic violations and DUI. I represent local residents, underage drivers and out-of-state motorists who have been ticketed for a moving violation, including driving under the influence.
• Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I handle all matters related to Chapter 7 (liquidation) and Chapter 13 (reorganization) bankruptcy filings, preparing all the required documents to complete the process and serving as your advocate in hearings or proceedings with creditors, the trustee or the bankruptcy court.

• Personal injury and workers' compensation. I protect the rights of individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligent or careless acts of others, including car accidents and people who have workers' compensation claims based on injuries sustained in the workplace.

• Criminal law. As a Virginia criminal law attorney, I defend juveniles and adults who have been charged with misdemeanors or felonies, from theft-related offenses and white collar crime to drug charges or sex crimes.
